The staff was friendly! the breakfast was good and plentiful. it was clean. the location is excellent. It is close to town with good and safe parking just five minutes through pleasant parklands to the town hall.
the decor seemed a bit tired. it could use a bit of updating. i appreciate the price reflects this though, so it is understandable.

the breakfast was simple i found it well cooked to order. the location is good for the town centre and the newly renovated town hall square area.
the room i stayed in looked nothing like the rooms advertised. it smelled strongly of smoke i noticed a damp smell.

the room was clean and seemed decent enough, at least when i first walked in.
oh my, the noise. some idiot was playing video games until 3 am. it was in the next room. i could hear everything through the paper-thin walls. also, the banging doors all night long was not nice.

the location is pretty good. the town centre is close by, convenient for getting around. i also found the breakfast to be a decent start to the day. it was simple, but it was cooked well.
my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. this made it a bit difficult with luggage. i also noticed there was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity. housekeeping was not done , a letdown.
